Chaplains do more than conduct religious services. In addition, they handle all the undesignated support for their units. Chaplains strive to build relationships with their troops.
They are available for their troops for counseling, conversations and they even help with integrating our troops back into civilian life after deployments. When they get good support, their troops do better and know they are appreciated.
We appreciate our military and strive to maintain relationships with the Chaplains we support.
We support Chaplains from all branches of Military Service, including, the National Guard.
Chaplains spend a lot of time out in the field with their troops. They attend training exercises, filed exercises and physical fitness sessions, They usually work with a church on base and are available for counseling. They also conduct seminars and retreats for soldiers and their families. Chaplains are also are called upon to conduct funeral services for veterans. We work with a Chaplain to see what needs they have and we provide anything from coffee services for their offices, care packages for field trainings to boost morale or we help them with needs their base church may have.
During deployments, we work with each Chaplain and determine what is needed to provide enhanced care for their troops. We provide snacks for and additional items that may better prepare troops for their missions or items for down time. We have provided hand warmers, grab and go meals, electrolyte drink mixes. holiday care packages, extra gloves and socks. We also love to provide each Chaplain with letters of support and appreciation from members of our community and across the United States to distribute to their troops.
